Graduation Party
We had a graduation party for James today. Family, (some of whom came down from Los Alamos), and some friends joined us at a nice park on a beautiful day. Thank you all for joining us and making it special for James!
Also, Happy Mother's Day!
"...Mothers are the first educators, the first mentors; and, truly it is the mothers who determine the happiness, the future greatness, the courteous ways and learning and judgment, the understanding and the faith of their little ones."
"O ye loving mothers, know ye that in God's sight, the best of all ways to worship Him is to educate the children and train them in all the perfections of humankind; and no nobler deed than this can be imagined."

Graduation!
My sweet James has graduated! Today he got his B.S. in Earth and Planetary Sciences. I'm so happy and proud of him.
Here he is being silly before we left.

His fellow graduating Geologists with their rock hammers!

Hacky sacking for one of the last times... : (

And last but not least, Caroline came to take care of Sasha while I attended the ceremony. She was WONDERFUL! When I was busy taking pictures and Sasha would run off, I would look around and there was Caroline following right behind her. Thank you SO much! You are the best. I love you.
